Who I am

My name is Hattie. I am a Sports Massage Therapist and trained at St Mary’s University, one of London’s top performing sports facilities, where I achieved ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage. I have a special interest in advanced massage techniques such as Myofascial Release, Connective Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques & Soft Tissue Release as well as Injury Assessment.

I originally trained as a Clinical Aromatherapist and gained IFPA accredited Diploma in Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Science at Neal’s Yard (Natural Remedies) Ltd (which meets Level 4 descriptors) and have written articles on botanic gardens and lead plant walks at Kew Gardens. I enhanced my learning further by studying Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I can therefore provide unique bespoke massage treatments using a range of Sports Massages with powerful essential oil blends and lymphatic drainage massage.

I have two years lecturing experience at a London based FE college, where I was lecturer on the VCTC/ITEC Level 3 Complementary Therapy Diploma Reflexology - 100% student pass rate. I lectured on introductory courses and tasters in Aromatherapy and Stress Management.  Whilst lecturing, I was sponsored by the College to gain an Assessors qualification - Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (RCF).

I am currently working with corporate clients to offer Wellbeing Days and Spa Days for their staff in-house.

I am passionate about giving back to my community and have supported city events e.g. London Marathon and Royal Parks half Marathon. I also currently volunteer and give back to my community at the UCLH Staff Spa.
